Business Systems Administration

The CAA has established a pool of expertise in the administration and development of Enterprise Content, Human Resource and Financial Management Information Systems. This expertise is applied indirectly to our clients through the on-going support of our in-house operations or directly, via an Software as a Service Provider (SaaS) model. The SaaS model enables those clients with the resources to undertake the operational data-entry whilst not having to employ resources to manage and administer the system from a technical perspective.

The CAA can offer clients access to these leading systems at low entry costs with competitively priced on-going charges. When combined with our consulting services, we are able to provide clients with a complete solution for the implementation and on-going development of your business systems.

Records Management Services

The CAA is able to deliver services in operational records management covering day-to-day document processing. Alternatively, clients can access and make use of our industry leading Records Management System, ECM, via our SaaS model. Mail and parcel distribution services are also provided.

Systems Consulting Services

As a result of successfully undertaking numerous client implementations of our ECM, Financial and HR Systems, the our staff have developed extensive skills and experience with the tasks necessary to ensure a smooth transition onto CAA’s Systems. In conjunction with our business partners, the CAA manages all necessary activities as we develop and customise a solution to suit your business requirements. As your requirements change over time, these skills are applied to ensure you maximise your investment and capitalise on the enhancements to our systems as they become available.

In addition, our technical staff are available to assist with your infrastructure and network upgrades from both a planning and deployment perspective. These services can be accessed on an ad-hoc basis for specific projects or utilised in an on-going capacity assisting your internal resources with optimising your investment in IT.

IT Support Services

We provide cost-effective support services for our clients in the following areas:

Information Technology Help Desk
Our Help Desk can conveniently solve your hardware and software problems over the phone, via e-mail or at your desk. Using appropriate technology, we can ‘take control’ of your desktop PC as we resolve problems right before your eyes. We can also provide backup support for your local IT staff.

Security, Network Support and Administration
CAA can provide assistance with file server and network installation, support and administration. Our staff are experienced in leading technologies and are constantly updating their skills, staying at the leading edge of this rapidly changing IT environment.
