How is the CAA funded?
The CAA is a
self-funded agency, our revenue is sourced from the fees
we charge for the services we deliver. Using an Activity
Based Costing methodology, we establish a unit-cost for
our services based on the charges we incur in delivering
that service. We operate on a cost recovery basis.
Who
can I contact to obtain a quote for CAA services?
The
Executive Director of the CAA, Peter Mifsud, is happy
to assist you in formulating a quote for the particular
range of services that you require from the CAA. Call
the Account Manager on (07) 3003 2302
to discuss or ask to speak to the
Directors of a specific branch.
What sized organisations does
the CAA service?
The CAA is ideally
suited to service medium sized organisations. For example
we currently provide full payroll and financial processing
services to organisations ranging from 2 to 500. In addition,
we provide specialised services such as access to our
financial system for an organisation with approximately
1200 employees. Click here

Are the services all the
same?
No. The CAA
prides itself on establishing services that are structured
to suit our clients. As much as possible, we prefer to
tailor our services to your requirements based upon our
proven solutions. This includes establishing interfaces
to your existing business systems.
How is the business
relationship formalised?
The business
relationship is formalised through a Service Level Agreement
(SLA). Whilst the SLA is the formal agreement, our preference
is to maintain a positive working partnership with our
clients. We prefer to adopt an open and productive approach
when supporting our clients.
