a complaints about CAA services or wish to provide feedback
to CAA please
follow the procedures outlined on the Complaints
or Compliments page of the Department of the Premier and
assured that CAA and the Department of the Premier and
Cabinet (of which CAA is a sub-division) is committed
to effectively handling complaints in a responsive, efficient,
effective, fair and economical way.
